Obstacle Database Effectivity Dates Unavailable
The GNC 430/530 Series (non-WAAS) is unable to show database effectivity dates beyond the year 2020 for the Obstacle database. Because the expiration date is after 2020 starting with cycle 20B7, the unit will display “N/A” on the startup screen and will show an empty expiration date field on the database information page.
